It was easy for me to understand the principle: I used bioresonance to treat food intolerances as well as allergies using the same protocol: inverting the frequency pattern of the allergen / intolerance. Once the frequency pattern was inverted, the allergy, or intolerance no longer existed. I also knew that when people have a food intolerance, they often crave the food they are intolerant to. I imagined it was the same thing with nicotine.
Then a colleague I had met at several bioresonance seminars – including one on the stop smoking programme- was interviewed on the Richard and Judy show, along with two heavy-smoking journalists she had helped to stop smoking. I was still addicted to my thee a day habit, even though I had all this knowledge. On the journey, a flood of thoughts came into my head, and it’s hard to describe, but I suddenly just knew I was going to stop smoking and that I would never crave another cigarette again. It was the strangest feeling. There was none of the usual fear at the thought of never being able to enjoy my beloved ‘wine o’clock’. It was just a silent conviction that I was now permanently a non-smoker, and I can’t tell you how liberating that realisation
