Consequently, there are advantages and disadvantages in any project. Biomaterials project is not an exception. According to the case study, advantages of using biomaterials toward sustainability strategy such as, reduced the Company dependence on oil, inspired staff to emulate the success in their own teams, gave it the differentiating first mover advantage and can potentially cost advantages for the Company. Moreover, soy bean project is not competing with food and growing of soy bean can contribute to the income levels of farmers. On the other hand, disadvantages of using biomaterials, the time and effort needed to take the research from lap to production stood out. In addition, any change in soy foam project could be significant. For example, making changes hinged on the energy of the change agents and support of leadership. Hence, absence of any piece can cause the project to fizzle out. Generally, advantages and disadvantages are available in this project and can help in analyzing the success and failures of biomaterials as well for planning future (Rusinko, 2010).

My critical analysis, despite there is some disadvantages of using biomaterials, their impact is not influential. Mainly, biomaterials have a sustainability strength with regard to reduction on dependency of row material such as oil. In addition to the cost saving. My reflection, electrical car which depends on electricity power rather than oil is environmentally friendly. Though, these kind of car has disadvantages in terms of low operation time and high recharging time. However, research and development in this field will omit this

Built Ford Tough. When one thinks of a company that manufactures pickup trucks, one would envision a company that builds the toughest, meanest, longest lasting truck ever- huge four wheel drive off road machines, with poor gas mileage-a tool to get the job done.
