Summary In spring 2008 Canadian biologist traveled to the Bylot Island and the Arctic Ocean. The biologist traveled to those places so the can study the Arctic Foxes. They wanted to study the Foxes to make sure they are behaving normally and are doing what the species are supposed to do. One day a female Fox started to wander and all the biologist got concerned. The Biologist worr because the female fox wanders for 90 days without sunlight and it is negative 40 degrees fahrenheit.

Summary In March 1898 Mombasa,Kenya Colonel J.H. Patterson was a British Engineer who went to construct a Uganda railroad but they had to camp out. As the campers slept lions came and ate the men at night. The lions killed a total of 75 men. Patterson Wondered why the lions didn't go after the weak.They also didn't find any paw prints or human remains.Since they hadn't found any other remains they thought another human has killed the people.It became clear that it was lions because 3 workers witnessed the lion attack.”It was most the gruesome sight I had ever seen.” Patterson would say later. Patterson went mad from lack of sleep and fear. He would wait in trees and try to find lions and kill them.On the night of a December Patterson killed a lion with riffle. Nine days after that Patterson killed another lion. All the campers were less scared and the lions stopped attacking.They thought the lions must have went rouge. Patterson sold skins in chicago museum for
