Have you ever felt stressed? Do you know what it is to be stressed? It is normal for people to get angry or get confused sometimes. The way our body reacts in the face of a demand or in confronted by a threat is called stress. When you feel that you are in a situation that demands a lot from you and you don’t know how to handle it, your body releases a lot of hormones into your nervous system. These hormones alert the body to be in an emergency action mode.

Nowadays, stress is always present in a person’s daily life. Psychologically speaking, there are three types of stressors for a normal person. These types are known as biological stressors, social stressors, and psychological stressors. Some examples of biological stressors are diabetes

People who have pre-diabetes or who have just been diagnosed with diabetes experience a lot of stress in their lives. For people with diabetes type one or mellitus, stress begins with the use of insulin before each meal or before anything they eat and the calculation of carbohydrates and the measure of glucose in their blood. Knowing the importance of the exact dose of insulin in each injection in their bodies and the consequences of not using that injection or to use the incorrect dose of insulin are also causes of stress in such people. Incorrect usage or doses of insulin can lead to loss of sight, hypertension, loss of the sensation in the extremities and serious damage to internal organs. To avoid this and to make people with diabetes type one less stressed, people should be very prepared in the counting of carbohydrates and be very concerned that this condition of being diabetic will not be dangerous if they are aware of the things that they have to …show more content…
People with different kinds of job experiments different difficulties, and stress is one of those. The biggest problem with stress in workers is that it affects not just heath of the person but it affects the company productivity too. Stress in workers starts with the feeling of overworking, the relationship between the person and his or her co-workers and the low payment rates. This leads to do a poor effort in jobs, have a bad relation with your relatives and it can develop some health problems to the person like fatigue, headaches, and insomnia. On the other hand, the worker can take rid of this, knowing each of his or hers co-workers and having good relationships with them, sleeping at lease eight hours, having a ordinated calendar with his or her work hours and with all the things that he or she has to do in the week or in the moth. Getting known of these and making an efficient effort in work, he or she would see that things will go better, they will see more money, and the company will have more productivity and less
