Biography Of Jim Rackley

My granddad, Jim Rackley, is a smart, determined, and successful man. He is a leader in his family, his work, and his community. No matter what he does, he gives it his all. The pictures provided depict the way in which I think of him.
For as far back as I can remember, my granddad was always a high school football coach. I went to many of his games. He finally retired from the head football coaching position at Judson high school in 2012. He coached football for a total of 42 years and was a head coach for 11 of those years. My granddad grew up on a small ranch in south Texas raising cattle and chickens most of his life. He now lives on 100 acres east of San Antonio and raises cattle once again, but this time his cattle are grass fed only. He and his wife Gerry, have a small business selling grass fed and finished beef.

My granddad has had many surgeries. He’s had knee surgery, hip surgery, and heart surgery.
We sometimes jokingly call him the bionic man. His surgeries never stopped him for long though. He was often back up and working even during recovery. He is
