Ford Model T Lizzie: The Vehicle Game Changer
World-famous Henry Ford introduced the assembly line in the car making process which changed the future of the automobile industry. His implementation revolutionized the automobile industry with his low-priced Model T produced in assembly lines, which eventually made the automobile America 's transportation of choice.
Henry Ford is the founder of Ford Motor Company and the man behind the legendary Model T. Born on July 30, 1863, on a small farm in Dearborn, Michigan, Ford had a passion for machines at a young age. He gained a vast amount of experience and knowledge working in a Detroit machine shop and later as a part-time employee for Westinghouse Engine Company. Using his skill set, he successfully built his first hand-made gasoline engine in his kitchen sink on December 24, 1893.
