Anderson Cooper is a news correspondent, a talk show host, and a writer. Anderson Cooper was born on June 3, 1967 to Gloria Vanderbilt and Wyatt Emory Cooper. He is the great-great-great grandson of Cornelius Vanderbilt. He grew up in New York City and attended the Dalton School. His father died when Cooper was only eleven years old.
