While attempting to become the best person they can be for themselves, people fall under the illusion that changing themselves will make them better off in life. Wall Street and the Citadel have made people believe that their way of life will make them an all around better person and will fulfill a desirable lifestyle. An institution can shape an individual into a completely different person on the outside, but their true identities are kept on the inside.
