Bill Gates is the co-founder and a part time Chairman of Microsoft, the largest PC software company. He organizes many charities that support education and world health. He was also the wealthiest man in the world from 1995-2014. But Gates didn't get into this position only by intelligence, but by his leadership skills. Throughout the years, he has shown many qualities of a good leader. These qualites include ambition, selflessness, motivation, and intelignece. His ambition is shown through his early days creating Microsoft. Old interviews show that he recognized the potential in Microsoft's future. He always wanted "to have more than a single product". Gates' selflessness is shown through the countless of charitable acts he has done. He
