Bill gates is always known for his competencies and skills. He has technical mind with autocratic personality. In his biography, Bill Gates talent came across all the way when he was admitted to Harvard University, where he first came up with his version of the GW BASIC programming language, which was developed in the 1960s by John Kemeny and Thomas Kurtz). He was dropped out from the university in 1975, however, with his passion on developing softwares for computers and his believe that computers will be having great use in upcoming decades.
His vision became the base of the company MICROSOFT that he co-founded with his childhood friend , Paul Allen , he was in charge of making decisions on strategic management for producing softwares that

Since childhood, Bill Gates has been ambitious, intelligent and. He was good at maths and and background on computer programming was not taken for granted. Until he was admitted as student at Harvard University, he plotted his plans and vision and started working on his goals which results a successful software development company. He did not compeleted his studies however he compensated that in pursuing his big dream to become a successful entrepreneur. The second competency that Bill Gates has is communicating his vision. He continued his innovations in basic computer since he established the MISROSOFT. The success story of Microsoft published by Steven Ferry in 1999, where Microsoft has been acknowledged as a giant of technology by producing microcomputer languages with sales hitting 1 million. Esharing his knowledge to others also generated a solid relationship among people who work in Microsoft Corporation. Bill Gates started Microsoft with few colleagues that started work with him and whom he trust. As the company continued expanding, Gates made sure that deserving people gets to work for Microsoft. Bill Gates always has that high motivation to his team and continues to inspire them. This is an essential competency of a great leader, according to Warren Bennis. He stated that trust can make organizations work effectively so with this trust, Gates build a committed and solid team that can work on the objectives
