When you see me, what do you think about first? You probably just think i’m a successful businessman who owns Microsoft. However, in my years I have donated a total of about $28 billion dollars to charity which has helped save around 6 million people, supplying them with many vaccines and healthcare. Hi, Im Bill Gates and I have fought to make others lives better by donating large sums of money to various charities to help the poor, help the people who need food, and help the people that need health care in different regions of the world in developing countries. Also, my family runs a charity of our own called the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation to help people in need. Oh. i’m sorry, i've gotten ahead of myself. Let me start

Some people in our world experience this, which is why I have donated billions of dollars to various charities such as the ALS Association, Children with AIDS, and the Children’s Vaccine Program that help people by getting them food, helping the poor, and providing health care and vaccines for diseases such as polio, malaria, and HIV. The vaccines go to people who need it in developing countries like Libya and Kenya. So far I have donated a total of 28 billion dollars to these different charities. In all the donations I have made, I have changed the lives of about 6 million people for the better with the vaccines and health care. Also, I spend even more on global health than the World Heath Organization of the United Nations. Another thing I have done to improve the lives of many people around the world is that my family and I run a charity for world health called the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. The Bill and Melinda Gates foundation works to help the poor by giving people who need it food, shelter, and clothing. Also, the Bill and Melinda Gates foundation is trying to reduce inequity and we are also working to raise world
