Bill Clinton Career Path

Young children are often asked what they would like to do when they reach adulthood, and most respond with “I want to be the President of the United States.” Though this career path is quite popular amongst a typical kindergarten class, in general none of these kids will pursue such as demanding and competitive position—persistence is a key element, and most people would feel discouraged in such a contest. One now may ask themselves: “What about the kids that are determined this is the career path for them and are willing to persist through the worst of times?” Bill Clinton is a perfect example of such determination: as a young child, he had the opportunity to meet President John F. Kennedy; this inspired Clinton to pursue a career in politics and work his way up to the top as the most powerful political figure in the structure of our national government. To begin this ascent, one must firstly become involved in the political world: whether it is supporting a congressman’s campaign or running for a position on a local school board.
