2. The language was very firm and well spoken. The tone of this ad is concerned and hopeful. The narrator of this ad is the candidate Clinton. The language and tone helped shaped the overall message because Clinton was able to connect to his viewers. He understood what the concerns were and had ideas on how to fix them.

Clinton attracts to his audience because he is knowledgeable about what Americans concerns. He knows the problems and he knows how to fix them. This ad is intended to reach all voters. He is particularly point out workers, healthcare benefits, and unemployed.

3. He put up the theme of his message (words) before speaking it didn't help the message at all because I can't even remember what the theme was. It was like an interview.
