Bill Bradley: The World's Most Talented Basketball Player

It is with time and practice that a guy can go from being an average person to a legend. Bill Bradley was one of those exceptional guys who went down in history as being a valuable player, student and genuine person. Bradley was an exceptionally smart kid who was also a gifted basketball player and out of high school he decided to play for Princeton University. He had qualities unmatched to any player known and his uncanny ability to communicate with everyone followed by his career after basketball prove how accomplished this man became.

Bradley had immense focus and intangible time management skills. When it came to managing schooling with sports and everything else no one was better than Bradley. When it came time to play sports or study, he didn’t have to choose he was able to fit both things in and not have to give up on his dreams. Bradley was more than what statistics show he was a man of good character and many fans and players looked up to him as a role model. Brady often told audiences “Basketball discipline often carries over into your life. You’ve got to face the fact that you’re going to lose. Losses are a part of every season, and apart of life. The question is, can you adjust? It is important that you don’t get caught up in your own little defeats.”(McPhee 40) Bradley states this knowing both sides of the spectrum and to help let people know that if you fail you need to pick yourself back up and try again. He was a very inspirational man and was very knowledgeable that shows later in his life after he graduates from college.
