Many teams do different types of team building activities to boost confidence in each other on and off the playing field. Typically, the sessions are something simple in which every player plays a role and contributes to the activity. As a result of that the confidence and trust in each other carries over onto the field, whether it is during practice or during a game. Depending on what the activity is the funding is through the coach or the individuals themselves.
