“No matter what kind of wisdom dictates you the option you should pick, no one will be able to tell you if it’s right or wrong till you arrive to some sort of outcome resulting from your choice. The only thing we are allowed to do is believe that we won't regret the choice that we made.” (Hajime Isayama). Heroes aren’t perfect, and they don’t always make the “right” decisions. But, they do everything within their capabilities in order to make decisions that benefit the well being of the people around them. Beorn Gandalf, and Bilbo Baggins are some heroes from the book “the hobbit” by J.R.R. Tolkien. In actuality, true heroism is putting others before yourself, and having the courage to make choices in order to further the welling being of others.

However, by the end of the book, Bilbo becomes a selfless adventurer who cares deeply for all his friends. Bilbo was hesitant to go on an adventure at the beginning of the book, but in a split second he decided to go, even though he could die. During the adventure, large spiders come to attack Bilbo’s friends. Putting aside his own well being, Bilbo runs into the face of danger in order to save his friends. In another instence, Bilbo’s friends are caputred by elves. Even though Bilbo could escape, he decides to follow his friends into danger. Bilbo devises a very risky plan to save his friends from the elves. He decides to pack himself and all his friends in barrels and float down a river to saftey His plan doesn’t exactly fail, however after all of his friends are safe, Bilbo realises he can’t pack himslef into the barrels, and ends up jumping onto the barrel and gets plunged into freezing cold water. Bilbo ends up catching a terrible cold after that, though all his friends escaped
