The reason for why I chose the topic I ended up pursuing with this project is from the love of biking and interest in this topic. Since a I got my first bike I have always had an interest in the technology of mechanics that goes into building and what happens when riding the bike. Since learning how to ride a bike I have went through many different bikes and countless hours learning and watching videos of people riding and building bikes. I have spent many hours riding my bike outside in my front yard at a young age and have brought that through my entire life so far and still continue to ride my bike downhills and get air off jumps like I did at a young age in my front yard.
