I discussed your account with both Michael's, and we can do the following:

Creditor's Relief will credit any enrollment fees RAM drafted to legal services rendered by the Law Office of Michael Lupolover. At which point, any addition costs related to legal services will be paid out of the available balance in RAM. The rate is $250/hour. For the initial service, the law office will submit an answer with counter claims and begin the discovery process. This will allow us more time to finalize a settlement.

Just to give you some background, we had a previous BizFi account that went to the same attorney. The client didn't want to submit an answer and was in default. It's our impression that the attorney is only compensated to submit a complaint

Roger, I agree that our GEOINT support (imagery replication) to BMC has ran its course. ISR-I support as augmentees to act as COCOM J2 only fills BMC staff vacancies. I believe acting as a ISR facilitator is an enhanced role that we can easily provide. This will help prove/solidify ISR-I importance by focusing on true ISR integration, coordination and synchronization throughout the entire process. BMC should look at filling J2 vacancies from tenant units (i.e. 1AD and/or subordinate brigades).…
