Big Yeti Analysis

The different art done in Houston is not considered art by some people. However for Shreddi's paintings isn't just art but it's a message to the people in the community, but it's believing in their individuality. In the first poster, the Yeti shows the individuality expressed towards the culture. The big Yeti takes all the importance of the image. This shows that he has to speak loudly and act differently, so he can be noticed. The two people that the Yeti is holding are his supervisors, which don't have hands or faces. This illustrates mean that with no hands or face features, they can't do much or say many things. The two supervisors wearing work suits are the ones that tell him what to do all the time. One of supervisors has a striped suit, while the other has a black suit. Representing the different powers they have in their job site. The Yeti has a tie with black and white strips in the form of a question mark. Depicts of him questioning his job, is that the place he wishes to be at? This piece of Yeti's x-ray from his body has a meaning of deeper in him. The x-ray reveals what is on the inside not on the outside. With the x-ray, you can see how people really feel about their work place, duties and employers. The x-ray also describes that no matter how you dress or who you are, you will still be same as everyone else. The red tie represent blood not by killing but over worked.
