Big Katz Golf Outing Case Study

I wanted to reach out to all of you in regards to the Big Katz Golf Outing July 29th. It is coming soon and we to start wrapping some things up. Frank sent out an email on May 26th with the sign up information as well as the golf flyer. The fundraisers coming up will be important in helping out 12U Katz get to Cooperstown and help reduce the per player cost. I do understand that some parents might not want to participate in all the fundraising and that is fine. We will be dividing up the fundraising based on the families who have participated in the fundraising event.

Every players families are required to sell at minimum 2 foursomes. We have received some forms back from some families already. Thank you to those who already have those turned in and paid. This is our chance to make a large profit towards our trip and it's important that we try to sell as many as we can.

We are in need of HELP. There are some spots that need filled for volunteers preferably parents. Older siblings can help out as well in other areas, but no sign up will be needed for them to help out. I will be sending a

We need families to start reaching out to local business so that we can get donations for our raffle baskets. We already have a couple of gift baskets and some ladies working on some local business donations already. If anyone has any baskets laying around that they are wanting to get rid of please let me know. Otherwise, I will run to the salvation army and pick some up. Right now we have the following gift baskets in the works. The plan is to have anywhere between 10-15 baskets total. ALL RAFFLE BASKETS NEED ARE DUE IN NO LATER THAN JUNE 22ND. Should you know someone who would like to drop in goodies in the gift bags given at sign in let us know. They will need to provide at least 100. I have a friend who will be donating water bottles, golf tees and balls and Josh has something coming from Park National Bank , and Heidelberg
