The result from The Big Five Project Personality Test was pretty accurate. I am a little disagreeing in a couple of the commands that the test has shown on my test result; however, most of the results were truly accurate. I have taken other personality test, but I think this one is easier than the one I took it before. Also, I like how they would give commands on each personality category, which would help the people who are taking the test have a better understanding.
For the first category, “Openness to Experience/ Intellect”, I scored 41%. This shows that I am not willing to try new things. I think somehow it is true because I do like to stick with things that are already in a good shape. For example, my golf routine, I have same warm up routine whenever I am playing for qualifies or tournaments because I believe I will do well if I have the same routine. This means that I could be an extrovert and an introvert, I feel like it is kind of true because sometimes I could be a little too quiet and sometimes I like to be sociable. I think I would look at the situation to decide if I want to be an extrovert or an introvert. For instance, when I need to be sociable in a meeting, I would not be afraid of talking to other people. I think it is good to be between an extrovert and an introvert because I can depend on the situation to decide which one I would like to go for.
For the fourth category, “Agreeableness”, I scored 93%, which means that I am a very supportive person. I am not good at going against people because I do not like to cause any conflicts. I am very supportive of others ideas because as the test showed that I am not good at being creative, so I am more like a follower than a

Task 2 – The Big Five Factor Personal Assessment (Low, middle, High) Explanation of assessment Openness to experience Middle I am a person who is open to new experiences, curious about how things work around with lots of ideas flowing in however I prefer things to be straightforward and to settle difficult situations subtlety. An example would be to experience a new thrill such as rock climbing but I would be very cautious of the safety measures to be taken and would want it to be communicated to me before it begins. In my future career, I would be open to new ways of doing things but would be very critical in the way it is done. Conscientiousness High…

Growing up in one of the poorest regions of the United States has taught me two things; one, we are not defined by stereotypes, and two, hardships are made to be overcome. Nestled in the heart of the Appalachian Mountains, Middlesboro, KY sits on the Kentucky, Tennessee, and Virginia border. The multicolored fall foliage and the vivid green mountains in the spring are disserved by the descriptor spectacular. My roots are firmly nestled in the Cumberland Gap where Daniel Boone started his journey to the West decades ago. I am proud to call myself an Appalachian-American.…

Analysis of assessments Referring to table 1 in appendix I, I was rated higher in terms of intrapersonal skills as compared to interpersonal skills. When my mean results were compared to the mean scores from the relevant articles cited by the survey, it was shown that I had a high score for attitude towards authority and rather low on self-monitoring score (<9). The other 3 aspects were rated moderate and close to the population mean. Results from all four surveys are rather similar with some discrepancies as shown in figure 2. The acquaintance gave the lowest social score (Fig.1) probably as I am not used to opening up to strangers.…

While an individual who has a high score believes that external forces play a role in their life. I scored at a number 4 on the Locus of Control assessment, giving me an internal locus of control. My score of 4 on the assessment was no surprise to me based on the values that I have in both my personal and professional life.…
