1. Openness to experience means that a person is attracted to trying new things, is curious and creative. They seek information and take risks. For example, someone who is high on openness would be more likely to try a new restaurant and a new dish verses someone who is low on openness who always goes to Jimmy Johns and orders the same sandwich.
2. Conscientiousness is kind of like responsibility. A person high on conscientiousness is dependable, hardworking and punctual. They follow social norms, control their impulses, and are goal driven. For example, a person who is high on consciousness likely has an organized and clean desk.

Agreeableness is how likely someone is to be “a peace keeper” and take actions that keep social harmony and avoid conflict. They focus on creative positive relationship. Agreeable people are accommodating and polite.
5. Neuroticism/emotional stability. People who are low on neuroticism are more likely to think positively, be less stressed, and be more stable overall. They are less likely to experience anxiety and depression and more likely to have better relationships.

I score high on conscientiousness, slightly high on agreeableness, and in middle for emotional stability, openness and extraversion.
Regarding conscientiousness, my family complains that I clean compulsively. If I see peanut butter on the table, I put it back in the pantry because that’s where it belongs. My sister may just have been getting a butter knife and bread and when she comes back to the table, the peanut butter has disappeared because I walked by.
