Psychologist today, believe at, there are five different key factors of someone’s personality and are often referred to as the “Big Five Personality Traits”. As a result of these personality traits, serve as our building blocks of our personalities. These begin with, extraversion, which is characterized by excitability, sociability, very talkative and assertive with high amount of emotional expressiveness. For example, people that higher in extraversion, tend to be more outgoing and gain energy in being a social setting, whereas, people that are lower in this area are considered to an introvert and are often more reserved and tend to expend energy in a social setting (Cherry, 2016).
Extraversion is followed by agreeableness; this includes such traits as kindness, affectionate, trusting, and other prosocial behaviors. People that score higher in this trait; tend to more

At that time, I was in category of being an introvert. During that time in my life I felt that to be extremely accurate. Going by my past experience I would have thought that these results would have been different. I would have thought that the score for extraversion would have been a bit lower, however, due to moving from my comfort zone and by starting a new job, enrolling in the nursing program at e Eagle Gate College, as well as, doing clinicals, I felt that I have had to come out comfort zone, which can explain the rise in the score for extraversion. I also believe that, the Big Five Personality Traits to be quite accurate, when assessing someone personality. However, I also, think that a person life experiences directly affect the results of this test. For example, I believe my results would have been different if I had not moved or lost both of my
