Choosing one of the Big Three for a project can be a very difficult task, but hopefully after reading this you will have a better understanding of when to use which. There are many differences between the Big Three. Firstly, they are all part of Adobe Creative Suite and they are: Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Photoshop, an iconic program of Adobe Creative Suite, is used most effectively to retouch and crop photos. This program can be used in a variety of ways to enhance photography, and it is much better at it than the other two programs. While InDesign has very little photo manipulation tools, Photoshop excels in this area. Next, InDesign is commonly used for multi-page projects. Although it has very few photo manipulating tools and illustration choices, it is very good at creating documents of brochures. It is mostly used for logo designing and many other types of designs. Although it is hard to make multi-page projects with, you can easily create graphic designs with a very high-quality image. It is best when using vector images, which are those that never lose their quality. If I were to choose one out of the three, I would probably choose Photoshop. In my opinion, you can do a lot of things with Photoshop to make amazing pictures. You can take your own images, or images from somewhere else, and make them into masterpieces. I feel that Photoshop would be the most fun to work with. Although InDesign or Illustrator may help you be more productive, I think that Photoshop would help you be the most
