THE BACKGROUND AND ITS STUDY Introduction Transportation is the development of all people, animals, and goods starting from one area to another. Kinds of transport like water, land (rail and road), air, space, pipeline, and cable. The field can be separated into structures, vehicles, and operations. Transportation is significant because it allows people to trade, which is vital for the progress of mankind`s civilizations. Tricycle sometimes called a strike, is a fuel-powered or gravity-powered three-wheeled vehicle. Some tricycles, for example, cycle rickshaws (for traveler transport) and cargo trikes, are utilized for business purposes, particularly in the developing worlds, especially Africa and Asia. Pollard (2010) stated that the motorized tricycles, or simply tricycles are in fact a motorbike and sidecar, are an indigenous form of the auto rickshaw and are a common means of public transportation in the Philippines. These public utility vehicles either work a set ways or are for-hire, like taxis. And also if it can affects other resident’s routine and others. Wherein, the researcher will gather data and conduct an interview to them. Furthermore, this study can make the residents learn about the other perception of the other residents in the subdivision. As it is important to develop, it is also important to know what the effects on it to the residents. The community of Evergreen Heights Subdivision is surrounded by different residents with different works and premises outside Bulacan. In this study, the researcher decided that the number of respondents will be only around the community of Evergreen Heights Subdivision with five (5) total
