Describe racial profiling and racially biased policing According to dictionary.com, racial profiling is the use of personal characteristics or behavior patterns to make generalizations about a person. Bias-based policing refers to police practices that intentionally use prejudiced judgments based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, economic status, religious beliefs or age (Dictionary.com).
