Bi-Weekly ILP Analysis

On 10/16/2015, CM met with the client and completed Bi-Weekly ILP Review. CM inquires the reason client couldn’t meet with CM on 10/13/2015. Client reported she got caught up with her recycling bottles. She mentioned this area the supermarket close at 7pm and she travel to Malcolm X. she also mentioned having problem at two different supermarket with the store manager. In the meeting client as usual was very talkative and cooperative. She appears her stage age and she appropriately dressed for the weather.
Client reports this week reported she only made $7.00 recycling bottles due to recycling machine either not working or the line was too long.

CM inquires how client its feeling since she reported last bi-weekly that she fell and hurt her
