He reads the note while he grabs his uneaten turkey off his plate and feeds it to Grace. At the sight of food Grace sits up.
MORRIS
I can’t believe you taught Grace new tricks.
Sandy looks at Morris.
SANDY
I wanted to surprise you when you came home from flying for the first time, but your surprise was much bigger.
Morris smiles. He grabs a large chunk of turkey off his plate and feeds it to Grace.
INT. HALLWAY - DAY
Later. Morris walks down the hallway towards the front door. He holds in his hand two wrapped objects.
SANDY
Where are you going?
MORRIS
I’m going to the m-mailbox...relax.
Morris opens up the door and slams it shut behind him.
EXT. DRIVEWAY - DAY
Morris puts a letter in the mailbox. He quickly turns around walking

Shattered pieces of glass are on the ground. Blood trickles down the side of the car. We hear the sound of a door opening.
SANDY (O.C.)
OH MY GOD!
We hear ambulance sirens. On the stretcher we see the end of Morris’s feet stick out from underneath the white sheet. A PARAMEDIC notices his feet and he covers Morris’s feet with the white sheet.
INT. HOSPITAL HALLWAY - DAY
DR. WRISTFULL, is an ER doctor, who looks at Morris’s record as he stands in front of Sandy.
DR. WRISTFULL
Mrs. Goodman your husband...
Sandy covers her mouth shaking her head from left to right indicating “no”. Tears roll down her face. We don’t hear anything but we see Sandy cover her eyes with her hands. She wipes away the tears, trying to smile.
INT. OFFICE - DAY - 1919
WALT DISNEY, eighteen, sits in a chair anxiously staring at his boss. NEWSPAPER EDITOR, twenty nine, reviews his work while smoking a cigar. Copious amounts of newspapers that he worked on are in glass cases behind him.
NEWSPAPER EDITOR
(annoyed)
I’m getting sick and tired of looking at your ideas they aren’t good!
WALT DISNEY
I have a good feeling about this one and I know it is going to make it.

We hear the crowd cheering, she looks down at the floor. The curtain goes up, and we hear the excitement from the crowd. Beyonce looks up holding a microphone to her mouth, she smiles.
MORRIS GOODMAN (V.O.)

INT. DR. YISH’S OFFICE - NIGHT
Dr. Yish has a name plate on his desk. Next to his name plate are two picture frames.
First picture frame reads: Sniop
Second picture frame reads: Nothing is impossible
Sniop picture frame has a Casper Star-Tribune newspaper article from Dr. Cook. Acknowledging the fact that Morris survived his condition. His disability is a matter of the mind. He will replace hope in his future spinal cord patients. Nothing is impossible picture frame has a photograph of Morris shooting a gun.
FADE TO BLACK.
EXT. HOSPITAL - DAY
Morris walks out of the hospital with his wife by his side. He has a black and blue eye and a band-aid on his forehead. His arm is wrapped up in a cast. Morris is overwhelmed with excitement and makes a glad to be alive face. Sandy carefully watches over Morris. Freeze on their facial expressions.
FADE TO BLACK.
MORRIS GOODMAN (V.O.)
...I’m Possible.
Simultaneously title pops up on the screen.
