Beyonce’s highly anticipated album has been the talk of the town ever since vague hints started being dropped by the star herself and other sources.
The latest news seems to hint that the album may get released on Tidal, a music streaming website co-owned by Beyonce.
Beyonce had earlier released her single called Formation on the site one day before she performed the song live at Super Bowl 50. Ever since then, fans have been waiting for her to upload or announce a new album. It is reported that Tidal users are checking at regular intervals hoping for an update.
Tidal has a 3 million strong subscriber base which it gained mostly through the release of exclusive releases from big stars. As the website is owned by many big stars from the music industry, Tidal has a huge advantage over big competitors like Apple Music and Spotify. Most artists would prefer their tracks to appear on Tidal as it already has a reputation of hosting exclusive music.

The list of collaborators included giants of the music industry like Adele, Nicki Minaj, Jay Z and all time favourite Maria Carey. Since most of these artists are co owners of Tidal, it makes sense they would want the album released on the website itself.
Meanwhile, Beyonce has neither confirmed nor denied any of these reports thus increasing the suspense surrounding the album. Cryptic references regarding the album continue to appear on various websites which increase the anticipation of the fan community but do not bring any firm answers regarding the content or release date of the album.
Tidal users are confident that the release will be made on the website but only time will tell if this is indeed the case or

Women deserve to be prominent in the world we now live if it’s what they desire for; it shouldn’t be that hard to treat women…
