Bevmo Merger Analysis

There are many brands or companies that are personally owned and that could merge with other brands to promote agendas and effectively increase its markets internatiaonlly. However, BevMo is an independent brand. It is a private corporation based in Concord, California that sells beverages. It was founded in 1994 as Beverages & More and re-branded as BevMo in 2001. The management of BevMo would utilize the tools to increase it markets value and increase its total annual revenue. It would be a profitable option for the company to do this because it deals with similar products if it was to merge with a like-minded brand.
