On 02/20/2017, Betty Melcher contacted the Pasco Sheriff`s Office by telephone to report a Petit Theft.
Ms. Melcher stated sometime during the past two weeks (approximately 2000 hours on 02/03/2017 and 2000 hours on 02/18/2017) she believes local area youth who ride all terrain vehicles in the nearby fields stole the tag (301WAF) and decal (05425056) off of her 1997 homemade trailer and stole a total of twelve gallons of gasoline out of three different five gallon containers that were in her back yard. The tag decal expires on 04/17/2017. The gasoline containers and the trailer were in the same proximity in the back yard.
Ms. Melcher said she cannot prove it, but she believes the youth came onto her property without her knowledge
