On January 18, 2017, my son purchased a pair of men’s size 5, red basketball shoes, style A1639Z, for $76.52 through the ECO-FEET online website. My son customized these shoes to have our last name, Williams, put on the heels of each shoe. We received invoice 2100192837-03 confirming the order and completed payment of the shoes at 4:38 pm on January 18, 2017.
The shoes arrived on January 24, 2017, in a size 4 with our last name spelled wrong on the backs of each shoe. Instead of the proper spelling of “Williams”, the customization is missing the second “i” in
