I think that’s it’s always going to be a much better idea to consume foods rich in nutrients rather than relying on supplements. I think foods are better for you and are more likely to prevent degenerative diseases than taking supplements in place of good and healthy foods. An article by the Mayo Clinic, “Supplements: Nutrition in a pill?,” says that there are three main reasons why foods are better than supplements. Foods provide greater nutrition than supplements. They also provide fiber and protective substances, such as phytochemicals, which are found in fruits and vegetables.
