It was a very tough job and I wanted to quit at first. But the positives of this job were it helped me build muscle and it taught me to work hard in order to move up. I did not want to stay in that position because it was hot and grueling work, by the end of the day I was covered in dust, dirt, and sweat which was not a pleasant experience. This job had its hardships as well because of the language barrier but I worked through it because it sure beat stacking fifty pound boxes of nails in a hot warehouse. I was then promoted again and I work as a sales representative and a junior purchaser within the supply chain department and I love it. Hard work has paid of for me and it is without question one of my best leadership
