According to Nike, Inc., “If you’re brave enough to try, you’re strong enough to finish" is the new inspiring campaign slogan for any woman to be more physically active and reach their personal goals. Nike’s new Better For It- Inner Thoughts advertisement, directed by Matthew Frost, reveals the thoughts most women experience while working out. The ad uses lighthearted tones and humor to establish a deeper connection with reality; making it seems more relevant in the audience’s everyday life. The women struggle in numerous situations throughout the commercial with wanting to give up and are somewhat questioning why they are working out.
