Florida State University, home of the Seminoles, University of Florida, home of the gators, Alabama University, home of the Crimson Tide, are colleges that have produced successful graduates, such as, doctors, lawyers, nurses, teachers, and many other people in professional careers. Many high schoolers graduate and don't consider going to college. However, attending college comes with great opportunities, including better jobs, more money, and a professional network.
Being qualified for more and better jobs is always a good thing, that’s why going to college and gaining a college degree is something all should do. Having the opportunity to pursue a career in something that one loves to do and wouldn’t get tired of doing is a great reason to get a degree, simply because one wouldn’t just want to be qualified to flip patties or be a cashier at a fast food restaurant for their entire life. Many jobs look for one who is certified for many positions, interested in higher positions and is qualified to do that task based off them receiving a college degree in that domain. A college degree can change one’s yearly salary tremendously. Now a day, jobs are looking for employees with a college degree and that’s worth their money. When one has a job that pays more they will feel more comfortable, financially. One will be more stable with living and will earn a lot of respect. Money comes with respect and power, that’s why gaining a college degree is very important, because one may want to be their own boss someday. More money also comes with the ability to provide for one’s family. Having a degree and a job that pays good is always a great thing.
