This project involved the redevelopment of the old Bethlehem Steel Making Facility into a 1,000+ acre industrial/commercial park. The design and responsibilities involved in this project were multifaceted. As design engineer Mr. Peters not only designed the subdivision plans and infrastructure plans for the property owner but also developed individual lots within the park. He developed more than 10 lots over the course of three (3) years. These developments involved site design for large scale commercial warehousing and manufacturing facilities ranging in size from approximately 50,000 square feet to over a million square feet.
