The “Best Interests” document, is resource material which has been formulated based on the Children, Youth and Families Act of 2005 and the Child Wellbeing and Safety Act 2005. It helps the case worker through the complexities of sound planning, through aid in decision making principles in line with Section 11 of CYFA.
