There will be many limitations as the transition period of hospitalization is identified challenging by the patients. Patients will be in unbearable pain and in case of older people recovery process can delay. They will not be able to perform their usual activities.
The main functional limitation of evaluation will be patients might not be ready to sit down and answer all question. They might not fill out survey properly. Staff taking care of them can be biased towards their job progress. In order to get actual report of every day improvement one team should be with patients 24/7, which in real life is not always possible.
2. Where else could the team showcase the results?
To get the expected result, different methods can be used. While focusing, result can be both Qualitative and Quantitative. Research could be performed with the intervention and the phenomena of the interest. It should include if discharge process is perceived; is it same in all gender?
