Question 5: There are a few other issues that affected Best Buy’s financial performances in early 2013. The first issue was the size of their stores, critics were claiming that there was no room for stores the size of best buy. “There’s not really any space in the marketplace for 150,000 square foot stores…” (Swann 540). The second issue is the competition Best Buy has to compete with online stores like Amazon since they did not have the burden of maintain large stores.
