The felony awaiting

“ Beep, beep, beep” my alarm goes off petrifying me. It's 7:45 on Monday morning and I'm getting ready to go to mentoring. Bernice usually picks me up around 9:30 a.m. 9:30 a.m. rolls around and I hear a knock at my door, it's Bernice. She’s wearing bright colors like: bright yellow like the sun and bright pink like a flamingo. We hop in her old-raggedy gold mini-van. The windshield is shattered on the passenger side of the car. Bernice’s mini-van reeked of 2 day old meals of McDonalds and some air freshener. She explained to me that her phone wasn't working, I said “Um ok.” Bernice drove us to the phone store Metro PCS. I asked the worker to go to the bathroom, and she showed me the bathroom, i saw the phone safe was open and

I lingered into the living room. My dad walks out of his room and asks me why I did it. I didn't have a response.While my dad asks me that, my mom is going thru the phone and she's just shaking her head. I’m just thinking about what's going to happen next. We hop in the truck and make our way to Metro PCS. We walk in the doors and Ironically the worker that was there when i stole the phone was there that day. My mom hands me the phone and tells me to tell one of the workers what i did and makes sure i say that “I stole the phone.” My mom and dad tells the worker that they strongly encourage them to press charges.
