This case consist of a man by the name of Bernhard Goetz, who killed four individuals. It was when he was boarding a train in Manhattan and sat near the four men. Goetz usually carried a loaded gun wherever he went, the gun he carried was unlicensed and loaded with five rounds. One of the individuals known by the name of Cabey, approached Goetz to ask him for five dollars, immediately after this demand he proceeded to shooting 3 of the four men who approached him and finally shooting Cabey causing him a spinal injury. Goetz terrified fled the scene and turned himself in to the New Hampshire police department on December 31, 1984. He mention the reasons as to why he had an unlicensed gun and the reason why he shot the individuals. The individuals were already framed as delinquents because they all possessed screwdrivers in their jackets for a robbery of coins boxes from several video machine arcades.
