It would be best for her to learn how to take a back seat in some matters. In other words, stop thinking that your way is the best way for things to be done. I learned that lesson just recently and it is a great lesson to learn. Some times people have better suggestions and procedures for the way that they want to pursue head on situations. Their tradition is about having teamwork and being sociable with others. In the future, she should select a career to where she does not mind being a people person. I understand the hesitation because I too do not care much for socialzing with anyone except those who I have built strong relationships with over many years. However, I understand that in order to buildclose relationships, it is important to network. She should practice meeting people and getting to know people for who they are instead of posting judgement.
