Under the company Bereavement policy it states 1 day for spouse immediate family and it appears Joe Morrissey is taking Aug 21st -25th . Keeping in mind, the only days he has requested are August 23rd-25th as his official Bereavement absence.

My question, should I talk to Joe number one clarify the company policy (see below) today August 21st , 22nd, 23rd and the 25th since the actual funeral is on the 24th number two, how he would want those days represented (i.e. vacation)?
