Can you think of someone who has deeply influenced your life? It is such a great feeling to have that one person in your life that has made a difference to you. It is reassuring to me to know that no matter what, at least that one person will always be there for me. My mama is my hero. She demonstrates such a heroic attitude. She reminds me in many ways of the epic hero Beowulf. Both Beowulf and my mom are both great examples of a hero. For example, Beowulf displays an attitude of bravery and selflessness. He proves he is willing to do whatever it takes to protect his people when he says, “I alone with the help of my men, may purge all evil from this hall” (L. 260-261 Pg. 48). He was willing to risk everything to keep the people safe. This
