I tried not to worry about that,so I just thought I would walk into town for some food. The closest town was Gutta the town of the poor.I would fit in perfectly, because I was wearing my elegant, purple dress under my raggy, brown street clothes.Gutta was about a mile away from where I was, which was under the willow tree.
I started off to the town of Gutta. The countryside was very beautiful the grass was lush and green.I passed a blue, sparkling river.I could see the fish, as they swam down the stream into a lake close by.It seemed like the day I walked in the fields on that perfect crisp autumn

Beowulf was a great warrior that faced many physical monsters in his life, but that doesn’t compare with the inner demons that people face in their everyday life, such as depression, anxiety, and stress. This story was composed when England was transitioning from a pagan to a Christian culture. Reading through this heroic poem it is evident where the monks imbedded their ideals into this pagan story.
