Ms. Porter and I had a meeting with Ms. Ann and Ms. Diane today to go over her schedule. We found out she is not allowed to pick up King early from daycare unless it is an emergency. He has to be at daycare for six hours out of the day for Ms. Porte to keep her benefits. If he does anything less than six hours, the daycare will not get paid for the full day. Ms. Porter checked her mail box on the way back in. She had a letter of redetermination from the Department of Human Services. They sent her a checklist of documents to bring in on 5/5/2016. When to her apartment and worked on the schedule for Parent Mentoring. The only changed we faced was, that Ms. Porter did not want to wake up and take King to daycare by 8am rather than8:30am. She claimed she cannot get up that early. I told her to go to bed early, take out their clothes the day before and take a shower at night. She complaint about how she cannot sleep at night. I have to look up ways to helps to go to sleep.
Next, I asked Ms. Porter to get the document for the Department of Human Services together. She had all of her important documents and junk mail together in one draw. We organized the draw than looked for the paperwork she needed. Ms. Porter realized she did not her Birth Certificate or Social Security Card. She called her Aunt to see if she had them. Her aunt has both be will not give them to Ms. Porter. We went to see if Ms. Diana had them. She only had copies. I told Ms. Porter she has to go to Trenton to get her Birth Certificate and to the Social Security office for her Social Security Card.

Ms. Porter had to do her building chore at 5pm. She decided that after her chore she wanted to take King to the play room. We stayed in the Playroom for 30 or 40
