Franklin maintains his high excellence when working with others. He always put others in front of his responsibilities and satisfies his subordinate’s needs. He is very kind, understanding, and considerate to all as his presence is known. Franklin is approached by others from departments that do not pertain to him and will always assist them no matter what the issue may be.
