Historians have vastly changed and continued to influence the world around us. Our everyday lives have progressed into what it is because of the work of historians and their impact on the human race. Benjamin Franklin is one of the most famous historians in American history. He invented bifocals, copperplate press design, copy machine design, daylight savings idea, hot water systems design, light globe model, lightning rod, mechanical arm and so much more. In any case, all round the world people live in poverty and don't have enough money to buy a book, a library helps tremendously with that. They have unlimited options for books, and are given the same opportunity to expand their mind as others have. Benjamin Franklin once said “These libraries have made the common tradesman and farmers as intelligent as men from other countries.” This perfectly backs up my reasoning that libraries have given the world the opportunity to not be confined and narrow minded but to learn more about our world and the achievements we have made.
