Honesty- As stated by Benjamin Franklin, “Honesty is the best policy” which simply means to me that you should tell the truth at all times. If I am not comfortable with the things that my boss or employee is doing, then I should deal with them. I personally believe that lying is detrimental because lying just leads to more lies and it makes you a suspicious person. Honesty is more than just a word or something that you can teach in the work place, it is a life that you live. This leads me to another quote by Scott Hamilton that says,” The high road is always respected. Honesty and integrity are always rewarded.
